He has the same name as--but is not the same person as--the guitarist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

RIP legendary bass player Donald “Duck” Dunn. Dunn was one of the most talented and sought after session players of the past few decades. Here’s a clip from his most notable public appearance, playing in The Blues Brothers band. A friend of mine played a lot of gigs with Dunn and always spoke very highly of him.
